How to Pay
Due to fees and charges we have a $10 minimum order. We apologise for any inconvenience but banking and other charges make it unviable for us to process any orders under this amount. If you wish to purchase a product that is under $10 please email us and we may be able to arrange an alternative form of payment.
1. We accept payment by credit card (PayPal) or direct bank deposit which is our preferred payment method for Australian customers. These details are as follows and also within our shopping cart.

Please ensure you input your shopping cart receipt number or name when making direct deposit payments so we can easily identify your payment.
You can also pay by credit card using PayPal through our shopping cart.
2.We will accept payment by PayPal which is totally secure for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. All payments are processed on secure servers, you will see a small lock on the right hand side of your bottom computer task bar indicating you are making payment through a secure server.
Sorry, we do not accept any cheques. We can accept Australian money orders but orders will not be mailed until the money order has been processed.
All prices on our website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST, postage is extra.
All International customers please use PayPal.
Postage
We ship all orders using Australia Post and Australia Post International.
All International orders will be individually calculated, please email us for details.
Orders within Australia $10 to $19.95 $5.00 * $20 to $49.95 $8.00 * Over $50 $10.00 *
*Excludes framed prints and quilts as these are heavy/bulky and will need to be calculated before the order is processed. Also excludes any product which states that postage must be calculated individually, you will see this on listings for products that are heavy or bulky.
All orders within Australia are sent by regular Australia Post services. If you would like your order to be sent in an Express Bag (within Australia only) please contact us before placing your order. An Express bag will be delivered within 2 working days of the article being posted.
We automatically add Registered Mail to your shipping costs, this gives you peace of mind and will cover the cost of replacing any items that go missing in the mail. The shopping cart will add the $2.80 Registered Mail fee to your order.
All care is taken when we address and ship items. Please ensure your shipping details are correct as we can take no responsibility if wrong details are given.
If items ordered are in stock we will mail them within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock we will advise by email of the likely delivery time which may vary due to availability by our suppliers.
Custom made giftware will take up to 28 days to be shipped but we will advise of the delivery time when these items are ordered.

Returns and Refunds
Products may only be returned if faulty and within 30 days of purchase. We do not exchange or give refunds if you just change your mind or order the wrong product.
No returns or refunds on cut fabric or books/patterns (due to copyright).
If you are unhappy with a product you have bought from us please contact us in writing giving the invoice number and reason. No returned items will be accepted unless we have given a returns authority.
No postage costs will be refunded.
