I have designed these pretty bags which feature appliqued cupcakes with floral fabrics and embellished with trims, braids and sequins. The pattern includes instructions for 2 sizes, 12 x 8" and 8 x 8" excluding handles. Instructions are given for cupcake applique using fusible web plus bag construction.
